Under the commision of Ministry of Information Industry, Hubei information industry bureau and China Electronic Technology Standardization Institute cohosted 2D barcode standard promotion conference at the Beijing Western Hotel on June 30th, 2006.

On the meeting, experts and leaders gave high approval to the 2D barcode technology with independent intellectual property and suggested Hubei Information Industry Bureau playing a leading role in widely promoting the technology in all provinces and trades within our country.
