The basic thoughts of the solution are as follows: when applying for goods, manufacturers or importers need to submit goods information to customs and inspection units in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the country, and meanwhile, they need to paste low cost two-dimensional bar code label which includes relevant application information on every goods produced in large quantities: After a batch of products have been finished and formed into a large-scale packing (for example, a fork truck pallet or a counter), a RFID label with high cost but fast recognition is put on the large-scale packing, and the label includes all application information of individual product inside the large-scale packing. Thus, at the time of the batch of products through customs or port inspection, usually fast check can be conducted by fast recognition of RFID label on large-scale packing. Administration departments such as customs and inspection can also make a random unpacking check, seeing whether the two-dimensional bar code label of individual products inside include legal application information, and whether it accords with RFID label information on large-scale packing. Thus in general cases it not only ensures fast through-customs but gives convenience to the inspection of law-enforcing departments.
