The Admission Ticket System Solution provides a series of solutions including enrolment, certificate making and access control. It consists of the Enrolment Module, the Certificate Making Module and the Access Control Module.
Enrolment Module
Key device of the Enrolment Module is the ID-card reader, which can screen physically fake ID cards with the accuracy of nearly 100% and perfectly hold the most important pass to exclude the “ringers” out of the entrance.
While validating the authenticity of the ID card, it will automatically record the information on the ID card into the system. The next step is to input the fingerprint data of the examinee and compare the data with the history in the central database to check the consistency of the name and fingerprint, thus further ensured excluding the ringers. After confirming the fingerprint information to be true, other information of the examinee will be inputted into the computer to compete the enrolment.
Certificate Making Module
The Certificate Making Module adopts the internationally advanced CM 2D barcode technologies and use special software to encode the head portrait information and personal information (including fingerprint) into binary files and 2D barcode, the binary files are inputted into the central database and the 2D barcode is printed on the face of the PVC card, the examinee should swift the card at the entrance to check the head portraitand the fingerprint before entering the examination room.
Access Control Module.
When entering the examination room, each examinee should show the admission ticket to the staff, and then the examinee or the staff shall swipe the card on the CS200 information collecting terminal, which together with the display of the access control computer restores the personal data and head portrait data of the barcode, then the staff can check the image on the display and the facial features of the examinee to judge if it is the examinee himself (or herself), then decide whether to allow the examinee to attend the examination in association with the Fingerprint Identification Module.
The admission ticket can be reported for loss and reissued in case it’s lost, If the card reported for loss is swiped, the Access Control System will be display Limited ticket.
