Recording the basic data of the student with the 2D barcode intelligent card, the data include: photo, name, sex, age, school, phone number, main medical record, blood type, medical allergy etc..

Provided with the function of student enrolment, the enrolment, which is formerly complex, will be completed in only 2-5 seconds just by scanning the card held by the student with the 2D barcode reader. 

Each student holds a 2D barcode intelligent card, a card reader connected to the campus network is installed at the entrance of a school. With the 2D barcode card intelligent management system, the student only needs to swipe the 2D barcode card when entering and leaving the school to complete the information reading and recording. This system can either be installed at the entrance of the campus or be allocated separately at exits of different passageways. 

Dispersed attendance checking, automatic recording, uniform reading and recording of data, automatic statistical management provides the management of the school with timely and effective data of the attendance and absence records of students. 

Inquiry and searching: the inquiry and searching are very convenient, with which the basic data of any designated student or all the students can be browsed.
