The market needs a low-cost hi-tech system that can automatically collect information to manage the market of ticket so as to put an end to the interference of the counterfeited tickets to the market of ticket and eliminate the loss of income of the organizer due to counterfeited tickets as well as the organization confusion and the loss of image of the organizer in the industry.

Analysis of the Application Environments
Entrance ticket is a kind of one-off security widely used in occasions of tourism, services, performances and competitions etc., with the development of digital printing technologies and traditional hi-speed printing, it becomes rather easy to counterfeit ordinary entrance tickets. Ordinary entrance tickets cost between RMB 3 or 5 to hundreds and even thousands, so driven by the desire for benefits, some ticket counterfeiting groups appear. The circulation of large quantity of counterfeited entrance tickets not only increased the difficulty for management of the organizer, but also results in enormous economic losses. The large quantity of counterfeiting cases make the people shocked. For the law-breakers, counterfeiting tickets is more cost-efficient and easier than printing fake money and the risk is comparatively lower.
Traditional physical anti-counterfeiting instruments are easily cracked as they are with low costs and easy imitated. Now we are urgently demanding a low-cost anti-counterfeiting instrument of information, with which we can provide “one-article-one-code” identification for articles need to prevent counterfeiting. This kind of identification should take into consideration the cost, reading, anti-cracking and data capacity etc.
Design Concepts
Considering from aspects like cost, reading, anti-cracking and data capacity, 2D barcode is a nice choice. First, the counterfeiting methods for 2D barcode has lower cost than that of IC cards, magnetic cards and optical cards. Moreover, as it needs to change less for current methods of ticket sale, its costs are reduced correspondingly. The large storage capacity of 2D barcode provides the “one-article-one-code” identification with sufficient storage space. Meanwhile, because the encoding system of nonstandard 2D barcode is controlled by the barcode encoder, it is hard for the fakers to master, which further increased the cost of counterfeiting. The “one-article-one-code” method in association with background database inquiry can solve the problems like repeated entering from multiple entrances and leaving with tickets etc..

Devices to be Supplemented for the System
Only a AT-A1 2D barcode anti-counterfeiting ticket checker is required to be supplemented to the existing devices at the entrance of any ticket company, stadium or scenic spot.
