1. Scope
All the criminal police, patrol police, and security police.
2. System structure
Integration of fingerprint identifying equipment, large-capacity data storage, ID card reader, and portable information processing platform, with interface reserved for external wireless communication equipment. The final product is as indicated in the following diagram, where the connected external wireless communication equipment can be normal GSM/GPRS/CDMA cell phone.
3. Realized functions
a. Able to realized online fingerprint enquiry, namely, this equipment shall be able to complete fingerprint collection and online enquiry;
b. Able to store and in-time update the anti-kidnap and at-large blacklists issued by the Ministry of Public Security, convenient for users to bring and read;
c. To cooperate the National People's Congress for promotion of the 2nd generation ID cards. This equipment shall realize reading on 2nd generation ID cards and be able to identify the cards (judging validity of cards by reading card, and validity of card holders by reading fingerprint data of card holders);
d. The system shall have the talking function and be able to conduct wireless data transfer in the way of point to point or point to multipoint (news announcement);
e. Based on realization of Function b, to realize data storage and management of long-term residents and temporary residents, turning to be portable tools applicable for wider police.
